It seems the paint shop mentioned in the link is no longer in that area or more likely has closed. I set an email to Jim Karras, who is listed on the link as a contact. Will let you know if anything comes out of it. Also, contact Bob Adler (shop in NY) and he was kind enough to send me a lot of info from his database but he too states he does not have an answer for the dark Charcoal.
