Okay guys, I am mistaken. I DO have the insulator on the manifold below the carb, it is painted like the manifold so I didn't realize it, but I don't have the heat riser spring. I don't think I should need that here in south Alabama. It seldom gets colder than in the high 40's-50 in the winter time.
