Don't know the answer to that. There was NO insulator on the engine when I got it. The linkage is fairly tight as it is now and adding a 5/8 space would make it even worse. I'm not sure of the purpose of the insulator. If it will help with the icing, I'll try to find one and fabricate some kind of linkage for it
