Ok. Bit the bullet and bought the pricey little bugger. Follow instructions and installed. Cannot get spark. Now the details. 6-volt system, 235 engine, new battery, coil, starter, generator, regulator, Checked & cleaned all connections. New coil rates 1.7 amps, (1.5 amps required) Pertronix part number 1167P6. New rotor and distributor cap, cleaned inside the distributor really good. Man the truck looks good but I cannot get it to run. Tried the Pertronix help line/answering macine. They faxed the same instrictions that were in the box. Please can someone help?
