Did 300 miles in the old truck, the Desert tried to kill us both. The truck and me - 29 Palms, was about 118 degrees. There was a little show on the Marine base, that my Brother was helping to put on. Brought the COE and a couple old motorcycles, made it there and back in great shape. I think though it was the hotest my truck or me have ever been. When I got there/ left at 3:15 am - got there about 6:30am, it was 90 degrees! I have had enough heat for a while, I tell you!.
