I've been looking for a long time for the hand brake boot. What I have on the fire engine is an inverted boot, it is attached to the floor but hangs down below the floor. This was done due to the long throw of the lever.
I even talked to Steel and they said they wouldn't make them even with a good sample because they can't sell enough to justify making them.
Let us know if anyone finds a source.
