I prefer using this adapter plate. You can then use your original water pump and the pulley will be same width as generator/balancer pulleys. Also, that plate locates the fan blade in the optimal position relative to the radiator. Use you original 6v starter with original flywheel, as long as the bolt pattern of flywheel to engine matches. | | |
