For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! They were in great condition other than being stuck and full of crud. I honed them, cleaned all the little ports and painted them. I got the new 7/8th kits from my local FLAPS yesterday. As I was putting them together, the little piece of paper in the box said they are a new style kit like these and not to use the aluminum piston cups. Sounds good but...if I don't use the piston cups, what do the brake shoe pins fit into??? I have to use the cups don't I????
