OK new regulator installed. To review new starter, regulator, generator, battery cables. I have used a amp meter and it does show a slight discharge. It's coming from the heat & defroster switch. With the starting switch in the off position I used a test light on the heat & defrost switches. They both show HOT. This shoudn't be hot, should it? I believe that someone wired the switches to be hot all the time. Qusetion. Where should they be wired to? Thanks Again.
