Interesting info. My vin shows late 1949 build in Oakland Ca. I have a welded in wind lace track, smooth firewall - no h pattern, white needles on the 4 gauge cluster & a red needle on the speedo. It's it all original ? I doubt it. But it's still fun.
1949 chev 3100 3 window. 350hp/327/m21 4 spd, 12 bolt rear, power brakes, 3" dropped axle from Sid's. Disc brakes next.
