Does your truck have a radiator shroud?
I'd pull the radiator and have it inspected and then flushed. I'd then reinstall with a new 180 degree thermostat and then fill with water, no antifreeze.
Hopefully that fixes the issue. If it does, then drain half the water and fill back up with antifreeze.
