| | | | Joined: May 2013 Posts: 27 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: May 2013 Posts: 27 | Has anyone converted the 3/4 ton tie rod ends to the standard (replaceable) tie rod ends? Specifically from the same year 1 ton. I read a tech tip online that you could press out the old stock tie rod end balls and use 1 ton (3800) tie rod ends in there place. I have yet to try it and am not convinced that it will work. Any experience?
