What EP additives/compounds are you referring to?

Deere Corn Head Grease has EP additives, but they are undefined here.

Use whatever you want, and clean up more drips from 90 wt oil than you would have to clean up from a self-leveling grease. Be sure to check the level of your steering gear lubricant very often if you use oil. Most likely, if it stops dripping, you should add oil.
