could be good, as said depends upon instructor. In my auto shop in HS I restored a spitfire for the shop teacher!!! that was funny, a 16 year old that could weld and do hammer work better than the teacher. but I'd say I'm a rare case in that I grew up in a shop. regardless do a risk/reward analysis and go from there. I wish my local HS had a ambitious teacher as I offered to have them restore one of my trucks(I have many) at my cost, their labor/learning. he didn't want to as it was too much work. he has them learn to change oil,filters, and tires all year, then wonders why the kids lose interest. that's my rant.
