get a wider pulley for the alternator
get a narrower pulley for the balancer
get a belt that splits the width difference and doesn't ride the bottom of the balancer groove
belts come in a wide range of dimensions, they make drive contact on the angled sides, should not be tight to the bottom of the groove, but can be slightly proud of the top when tight
