www.hydra-glide.net but old GM's have the same kind of generator.
The only difference would be the current limit.
The voltage regulators on the old Harley generators had current limiting that kicked in at about ten amps.
I suspect car and truck generators might run higher.
If anybody can tell me the current limit on the GM voltage regulators I'd like to know.
