Well all i can say at this point is oops at least i found the problem. I guess i will order the new bearings and install them in the right location my then using the plastic gauge check the tolerance. Maybe give it a spin without the rope seal. Put everything back to normal. If i need the shims i will order them but i am now confident that i probably will not.

Once again you guys came though and thanks again. This is a great learning experience i am still enjoying the build.
