Neat, I've never seen those tools but they make perfect sense.

If you're not setting out to do this all the time then for the fancy screw driver can you use an impact driver? That's what I would use for lack of the fancy press contraption.

The pole spreader you might also get by every now and then with a set of "folding wedges" made from wood.
