You haven't included any details / pics, but I assume the glass is fairly thick, and ( I hope ) laminated / tempered for safety.
As the boys suggested, check out local glass shops / commercial glass shops for a matching gasket profile. They sure don't make anything just for this application. Steeles has a good selection of gaskets for specific automotive use.
