Thanks guys for responding... The old truck has been converted over to a 12 volt system. The yellow wire is only about 12-15" long and the loose end appears that is was part of a splice job and not twisted into another with a twist nut.... I think it wise, as suggested, to see if i got fire at the switch. Then i can go from there i guess..... I am not sure how it happened.... I was not really doing anything under the dash to have disrupted anything.... I am not even sure it plays any role at all... Just noticed it loose about the time it quit running :0
