So I'm at the point where I want/need to register my 41' COE it will have to be weighed to get the correct fees. What's the best/cheapest way to reg. these old rigs? Mine will not be used commercialy, but will be used. I thought you could register as historical, but they said it's only for parades? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
