About three years ago I bought my third 1954/55 original-style/circuits plastic-coated wiring harness from Classic Parts of America. It looks the same as a set I bought from them about 15 years ago (from Chevy Duty, their earlier name). It is a good set and a good price.
6v/12v does not matter.
It comes with extra wiring, if you want to add turn signals.
