Marcus, any of the vintage vendors have
the kit, fits 47-59 Bennie, the rubber bushing is not part of the knuckle assembly at the wheel unless it's meant to fit on the knob on the elbow piece that fits inside the sheet metal lever, might be for the box down the column .... it is tricky to get the pins and spring in place, helps to have the whole unit off the column .... if you have an assembly manual it should be shown in section 7
