Hi guys. Need some experienced guidence ...

How do I replace the gasket on my Distributor Grease Cup -- between the threaded insert and the cap - without breaking the "fingers" that secure it? Looks like an O-ring. What size? Suggestions?

I'm also looking for a suitable fiber plug for the grease cup. Looks like mine has been long gone. Any suggestions what to use and how to insert it? Don't want to remove the distributor. Trying to get it back together in the next couple of days for a show this weekend.
