The Windsor Blue seems to be very close to Transport Blue which is an original 54 color. I tracked down a Transport Blue restoration in Atlanta recently (because I am now completely obsessed with finding these trucks anywhere I travel now). I thought the color was great on the truck. That is not transport blue. Transport is darker and even has a greenish tint.
