have you made this presentation to said vendor? put labels on the picture and send it to them .... I doubt you'll hear of any "demands" from them to a supplier, like us, they take what they can get, but maybe they'll quit stocking the part so folks won't waste time on it ..... I'd have wound up a spring from some high tensile fence wire
