I highly recommend buying a 1963 factory service manual which covers most of the service info for these trucks. You will also need the 1965 factory supplement that covers the changes that took place since 1963. Window removal is covered there.
Basically, you will need to remove the small screws the hold the window bottom to the regulator mechanism rail. I might be wrong, but I think the vent mechanism might need to come out first.
