When I bought my truck, I didn't know how glad I would be to have a 3/4T. It is higher so when you stop at a light, you rise above most of the rest. That's just one of the reasons.

Mine is an "after market" flatbed. I think the picture shows a jaunty look with the bed sloping upwards to the rear. (That pile of snow in the bed came from our driveway.)

Whatever you get....and they are all great....you and your grandson will love it! That's the important thing.
