Usually the exhaust manifold on the drivers side is in conflict with the original steering box . Some chevy manifolds go up along the valve cover instead of down right away (if that makes sense) and these help on clearance , Also I have seen something about moving the steering box outward - away from the engine alittle bit. Most likely the engine/trans. will have to be offset towards the passinger side a bit instead of being centered exactly in the frame.
