The 46 is different from the AD as far as door removal goes. I believe you do have removable pins if that is the way you want to do it. I use that a lot on my 38 Master when I am working on the door itself. Removing the pins means the door doesn't have to be adjusted every time it is mounted.
If the pins are really tight, I use the ball joint/U joint clamp. I use a small bolt on the bottom of the pin and a socket to fit over the head at the top.
