This is a timely post if ever there was one. I have 3 grills for my 3800. The one that came on it, and its pretty beat up. A chrome one that I bought that is not badly dented, but has some kinked and twisted bars and starting to rust, and a grill from a 6400 that is pristine. I wished and wanted that grill from the 2 ton to fit the one, but everything i read/heard/etc. said no. I see now that by swapping some bars around, this may work out.
