"48" 1/2 ton. I re-assembled my grill since the peices came back form the body shop and figured out that the grill came off the big truck my cab came from. These grills are a little different then the 1/2 ton. It went together using the vertical brackets from the 1/2 ton. The horizontal bars from the 2 ton. I placed the assembly in the opening and it appears to fit with just a little modification to the bottom bar. Before I go to far, can anyone think of a reason not to do this other then it is not correct. This grill came out just perfect and I hate not to use it for a 1/4" difference that most people will never notice. Am I not seeing anything that will cause a problem fitting together
