why would you take the injection off of the engine? It would be at least 100 times better than a carburetor. The oiling system would have nothing to do with whether or not the engine has injection or a carburetor. You should post pictures so anyone can get an idea of what you are talking about. I'm pretty sure you should just leave the oiling alone. Because you obviously aren't familiar with the specific workings of it. Unless of course you feel inclined to study your engine and make appropriate modifications, which unless you are racing the truck, shouldn't be messed with.
