Don is correct. You need to drill and tap a hole to make up a new throttle pivot. Here's a link to a pic...
pivot I don't remember the exact location. Pre '68 Dave helped me out with the dimensions.
This allows you to use the older throttle rod from a 216 without modification to the rod itself.
