Thanks for all the replies guys. The steer tires are 7.5X20's and they really look like they could have been put on last year. I know that they are older than that, but I will heed your warning and pull them off to inspect inside. If they still look new inside I will reuse.
I was really surprised with how easy the one wheel came apart. Hope to make some time this week to dismount the others and inspect!
