There is a guy on the John Deere forums that swears by WATER. He has been in the restoration buisness for many years. He says fill the plug holes with water. Said water caused it, and water will break it loose. ????
I would think if you tried that, it would be before putting any kind of oil in there.
That reminds me of the first factory job I had out of high school. When it got close to Christmas, the old timers kept telling me we all got a goose for Christmas.
