yes, nearly any manual trans will bolt to a small block if it has the correct bellhousing, the 700 has it's own 'bellhousing' built in, so you'd need a standard one to go with the trans, and the crossmember to support it, the stick trans doesn't use a 'trans mount' .... but why would you want to take out an overdrive??
