Notice Patrick's make a saginaw 4 speed shifter specifically for Task Force trucks. I looks like they forward mount the shifter and have quite a bend in it so might clear the bench seat.
They also have a kit to adapt the saginaw 4 speed to 48 -> 54 trucks without changing to an open drive shaft.
Anybody have any experience with those?
