| | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | color is unimportant, battery positive belongs to the starter, negative is the ground .... you likely need to polarize the regulator/generator having run it with reversed connections .... but you should find out what else you hooked up wrong first off
