Yeah, 6v battery and all new wires and plugs, cap and rotor. I'm trying to start my truck started after a carburetor rebuild, and it ran before so I'm a little confused about the no spark.
I can see spark at the points when I flick the points arm with the rotor off.
The ignition switch wire is tied to the negative pole of the coil and the distributor wire is tied to the positive. This is right isn't it?
