I had the saginaw P/S pump on the 350 engine in my '38 with Alan Grove brackets , it also had a short water pump . It was a little snugg but not as tight as a newer car , it all depends on how far forward or back and how high or low in the frame your engine is mounted . So many variables but it is possible .
