Brad and Bart - thanks for response. I used the Q-tip cleaning method as I wanted to preserve the blue lettering. I found Testors model paint at Hobby Lobby - Flat Sea Blue is a really good match for the GMC special heater blue letters. Only $1.79. Applied with the tip of a tooth pick.
