| | | | Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 1,067 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 1,067 | I used expanding foam insulation around my heater core and it worked great. I know it's not OEM but no one's going to see the inside of the heater anyway, and it just needs to work.
