Took a little while, but Jim Carter came up with a used arm from their used parts department. Got a call from them saying they thought they had one. Called Arnold (their used parts guru) back - he went through his bins of transmission arms and found the one marked "L" for left and numbers (two sets of numbers, one on each end of the arm) all matched. Little bitty part of a truck, but hard to find, and thanks to Jim Carter and Arnold, their used parts guy, and thanks for all the tips and offers of help from this family as well. Back in service.
