I bought a duo action pump for my 235. I understand they put them on the 57 and up 235s and will work on my engine. I am trying to figure out where the lines are on these newer trucks and what they are made of.

Does a rubber fuel line hook the intake line to a metal line that is attached to the fire wall? Then is another rubber fuel line used to connect to the pump? Then for the wiper motor is a line run to the fire wall and connected to the motor by the rubber line again?

Somehow the line will have to run from the intake manifold over the engine to the fuel pump then back to the wiper motor and not get melted or burnt. Does heat come into play? These motors have rubber and leather gaskets. Does the air get hot and would it hurt the stuff inside the wiper motor?

Does anybody with a newer truck (57-59) have this set up? Any pictures?
