Was able to feel the two holes on the passengers side, and your right thr drivers side is a bit trickier, seems like there is a stud already in a hole that can only be seen from under the dash,
have not located the second hole as of yet, may try the cell phone camera tomorrow to exactly know what I have under there.
I received the cowl to hole template from Brad, and was hoping to simplify the process by drilling from the top in, but I think for now it might be wiser to remove what needs to be removed allowing me access to those areas and center punch those holes so when drilled they are done right once and for all, thanks go out to Brad Allen for the pictorals and template and to DADS50, Curt B. and Achipmunk for all your help guidance, HUGH
