Nice truck! And a great father/son (family) project! Usually I believe the child (correction: Young Man) should listen to the parent! In this case, listen to him, keep it as original as you can!!! I consider it a rare experiance when I run across, meet, or hear of, a young person with the "original" way of thinking in his/her head!!!! I bet (know) your proud of him!
