Wow, I feel kind of dense. After hours of staring at the thing and trying to picture in my mind how the AC pump moves fuel through the carb, I finally figured it out.
Discharge hole was clogged with trash, after cleaning it out, truck starts right up and accelerates pretty smoothly.
I was seriously over complicating the problem.
