The tank has been cleaned and resealed and the fuel going to the filter appears to be clean.

Manifold has been off, but I had it resurfaced and I am pretty sure it is sealing properly, engine runs ok at idle if I can get it started. How would that affect the ACL pump circuit?

If I buy another carb, it won't be a B
