I am re-building a Braden LU 4 winch with a PTO, which theoretically came from a 1957 Chev. NAPCO. I'm not sure of the exact name, but my question is regarding the rectangular frame with "rollers" that guide the cable during its travel. It seems that the top and bottom "rollers" should rotate. It appears that there is an insert at each end with threads for the holding bolts. I'm not sure if the inserts should rotate inside the rollers. Mine don't, either they are rusted tight or they aren't supposed to rotate inside the roller ends. If anyone has experience with this, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks,
